"Complimentary Parking garage was only one block away - wonderful. Continental breakfast was good. Restaurant/bar was nice as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom was wonderful with great shower except for the small toilet (should have been comfort height for a king room). Ad said city view but we only had view of an interior roof and air conditioner. Bedroom itself was small. Location in a revitalizing downtown was also great and walk-able! We would recommend but make sure the room...

"The Omni Bedford Springs Resort never disappoints- from the luxurious spa treatment and ritual bath to the outdoor pool and hot tub and various food options on site. We have been there twice, once with small children and once without and both experiences were delightful. The property is well maintained, lots of activities (although we spent most of our town in the pool), and food options are quite good. The desserts and sandwiches for the afternoon tea at the crystal room were delicious, and lunch at the poolside restaurant. I also love that they will serve complimentary ice cream in the lobby and hot tea. The staff are friendly and helpful. The cocktails at the lobby bar are also fantastic and if you are there on a Friday night they have live music in the lobby. I love that they source local ingredients from what I could tell. This is definitely a spot that we would continue to return to."

"Une seul nuit à l'hôtel. Il y a visiblement de beaux efforts pour rendre l'hôtel propre. Il y a quand même une forte odeur douteuse dans les corridors et dans la chambre il y a du parfum pour enlever l'odeur du corridor, mais là aussi le choix de senteur est douteux. La climatisation tres bruyante ne marche pas vraiment dans notre chambre. C'est quand même propre dans l'ensemble. Beaucoup de produits dans piscine font qu'elle est propre, mais très chimique. Le déjeuner du matin était très bien."

"We had a great time there. The place is really nice the staff is great. The cabins are amazing and the fishing is always fun if u like fishing. What a great time with the family for a very reasonable price. WE REALLY ENJOY IT THERE AT COOL FONT😎. I really enjoy the jacuzzi. The only thing is its hard to get in an out of. It's to high for little lags like myself 😆 but all an all I love it.."

"Kind staff, stayed in West Inn with spacious room. The room had a a fridge but no microwave and unfortunately, microwaves are rare there. Would bring slippers as the room floors tend to collect dirt. Was a great place for kids (mine are 8 and 12) as they could run out of the room to play at the springs in the park next door daily."
